The only tricky thing about this salad is finding the ingredients. Actually putting it together requires no skill whatsoever!
2 ripe figs, quartered
1 bunch fresh arugula
2 large slices serrano ham or prosciutto
Extra virgin olive oil
sherry, cider or wine vinegar
a little salt
Combine all ingredients and toss. Oil to vinegar ratio should be 4 to 1 and use salt only if needed.
